LIBRARY SERVICES

INSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Reference and Instruction Librarians are available to schedule library sessions in collaboration with the Faculty.

Professors can schedule one or multiple sessions with one of the librarians using the online booking system. We strongly recommend to try and schedule a session with the liaison librarian for the department:

  • Art History - Manlio Perugini
  • Art and Design - Nicoletta Romano
  • Business Administration - Michele Cogliano
  • Communications - Manlio Perugini
  • Economics - Michele Cogliano
  • English Language and Literature - Nicoletta Romano
  • History and Humanities - Michele Cogliano
  • Mathematics, Natural and Applied Sciences -  Manlio Perugini
  • Modern Languages and Literature - Nicoletta Romano
  • Political Science and International Affairs - Nicoletta Romano
  • Psychological and Social Sciences - Michele Cogliano

English Composition library sessions can be requested to all librarians.

Sessions should be scheduled at least one week in advance to give the librarians time to prepare for the session.

Schedule a Library Session

A successful library instruction session has:

  • the faculty member in attendance
  • been scheduled at least one week in advance to give us time to prepare for the session
  • students (and librarians!) familiar with the class assignment (number & types of sources, due dates, etc.)
  • defined outcomes agreed by faculty members and librarian

When requesting the library sessions, consider that the librarians MIGHT need to confirm your request. We will get back to you within one working day.
