The following is a list of major reference sources available in the Reference Room:

 

Credo Reference includes a series of subject specific books related to criminology and law. Among these sources you can find encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, and guides.


Other reference books are available in electronic format in our e-books databases. Here is a list to online law dictionaries and encyclopedias.


Teens Rights is a series of books owned by the Library that presents background, lower undergraduate level information on legal topics related to students' interests.

The Library can assist you in finding information on how to write research papers.

You can refer to the Citation guide for different citation styles.

The citation of legal documents and law cases may be complicated. Regardless of the citation style you choose to use, if your paper requires the use of many legal citations you have to refer to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
