Documents & Reports, previously known as World Development Sources (WDS) contains more than 130,000 publically available World Bank documents about the institution's work.

The e-Atlas of Global Development is a free, online, interactive tool, which maps and graphs more than 175 indicators from the World Bank’s development database. The e-Atlas allows users to:
• easily and quickly map and chart economic and social indicators
• compare country outcomes
• export customized, professional quality, full color maps and graphs
• create scalable maps, timeline graphing, and ranking tables
• import and export data and graphics

The Global Financial Inclusion Database is a project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to measure how people in 148 countries - including the poor, women, and rural residents - save, borrow, make payments and manage risk. The project includes a Financial Inclusion Data Portal, the World Bank eAtlas of Financial Inclusion, and The Little Data Book on Financial Inclusion 2012.

The World bank open data initiative provides free access to more than 2,000 financial, business, health, economic, and human development statistics. There is a link to the data sets from the Open Knowledge Repository, as well as a Data tab on the World Bank’s homepage.

The Open Knowledge Repository holds more than 2,100 annual reports, journals, working papers, books (further delineated as corporate flagships, data annuals, regional/sectoral flagships, and series), economic and sector work studies (core diagnostic reports and sector/thematic studies), and multilingual content dating from 2009.

The website gives access to every World Development Report published by the World Bank since the first report was released in 1978. Here you can also find World Development Report background papers going back to 2005.
