National Library Week
April 3-9, 2022 is National Library Week, a time to highlight the essential role libraries, librarians and library workers play in transforming lives and strengthening communities.
This year’s theme is "Connect with Your Library".
National Library Workers Day, a day for library staff, users, administrators, and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers. National Library Workers' Day is held annually on the Tuesday of National Library Week, which is held every year in the month of April. The day is sponsored by the American Library Association to help honor library staff.
