For submitting requests, you need to have your own library account. Please follow the instructions if you need to create it.
To request a scan, search for the item you need on JCU Discovery (the Library's catalog). Click on the title:
Discovery will display the details for the item. Check the information under “View Description” to find the chapter(s) you need.
Then scroll down to “Check Availability” and click on the “Hold Request” button.
You will be asked to sign-in. Enter the barcode from your JCU ID card, and the password you selected when you created your library account. A form will be displayed. Include the selected chapter(s) in the “Item Description(s)/Notes tell us approximately what date you need the scans by.
