The Gender Data Portal is the World Bank Group’s comprehensive source for the latest sex-disaggregated data and gender statistics covering demography, education, health, access to economic opportunities, public life and decision-making, and agency.

The Gender Inequality Index (GII) measures gender inequalities in three important aspects of human development: reproductive health, empowerment, measured by proportion of parliamentary seats occupied by females and proportion of adult females and males aged 25 years and older with at least some secondary education, and economic status expressed as labor market participation.

Wikigender, sponsored by the OECD, is an online platform to find and exchange information related to gender equality. Includes data and statistics, country information, topical info, etc.

The web site provides the latest statistics and indicators on women and men in six specific fields of concern: population, health, women and men in families, education, work, and political decision making.

The Human Development Index includes specific indicators such as gender development and gender inequality.
