Join the Frohring Library in celebrating 2022 International Open Access Week in October!

The theme this year is “Open For Climate Justice” (October 24 - 30, 2022)

This year’s theme seeks to encourage connection and collaboration among the climate movement and the international open community. Sharing knowledge is a human right, and tackling the climate crisis requires the rapid exchange of knowledge across geographic, economic, and disciplinary boundaries.

International Open Access Week is organized by SPARC (Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition) in partnership with the Open Access Week Advisory Committee.

In 1993, it was reestablished by Americans for the Arts and national arts partners as a month-long celebration.
