AMICAL is sponsoring "Co-Design: Integrating Information Literacy into your Disciplinary Course", a workshop on information literacy for teams of faculty and librarians, to be held this Spring (March 31st and April 1st) at the American University of Paris. This is an excellent opportunity for faculty and librarians to pair up and work together on advancing information literacy outcomes at their institution.
A full description of the workshop, including instructions for applying to participate, are posted on the workshop site. The deadline for the application is January 15, 2017.
For questions and details, you can contact Livia Piotto (lpiotto@johncabot.edu).
The call for proposals for AMICAL 2017 is now open. The theme of the conference this year will be “Centering on learning: Partnerships and professional development among librarians, faculty and technologists.”
All details about who may propose a session, topics, session formats, and deadlines are available on the conference website.
