The Frohring Library has started a pilot to use a new live chat tool to allow users to interact with librarians at the point of need. You will be able to find a slide-out tab at the bottom of the library webpages, and you can initiate a live chat with one of the librarians. If no one is online, don't worry! You can still get in touch by submitting your question. One of us will reply as soon as we receive your message.
You can also find us while searching JCU Discovery, our library catalog.
This is a pilot and we are testing how the widget work to be able to offer an ever better help service whenever you have questions about the library. Please, take advantage of the opportunity to find help at the right moment.
