Enrollment Verification Services


You may obtain your enrollment verification at anytime by requesting it online at the link below.

We provide the following services: 

  1. Enrollment Verification Letter 
  2. English Proficiency Letter
  3. Statement of Expected Graduation
  4. Proof of Graduation
  5. Invitation Letter

You do not need to go to the Registrar's Office for your enrollment verifications unless you have a verification form sent to you by a lender or other agency that needs a signature or official stamp, or you have requested a hard copy letter. All enrollment verification letters are emailed back to you, at the address you indicate on the request form.


Certificates and letters are processed in the order in which they are received and take at least two full business days to process. This processing time may increase during our peak periods — the beginning and end of every semester, and just after the graduation ceremony in May. Please plan ahead, make sure you don’t request your certificates at the last minute, and allow for the time it takes us to prepare them.

Further, note that enrollment verification letters cannot be issued during the drop/add period of each semester and summer session. All requests for "current semester/session" enrollment will be issued after the official drop/add deadline -

Please note that we can only process enrollment certificates for semesters in which you are registered. In other words, if you have not signed up for classes for a semester, we cannot write an enrollment certificate confirming your registration/attendance for that semester. Furthermore, the Registrar's Office does not issue letters for students who have  financial holds.
