GRADUATION CHECKLISTS 

 

The Graduation Checklists are a perfect tool to keep track of your academic progress.

You can seek your advisor's assistance to understand how to fill it out and understand where you stand with your courses, as well as to gain a better picture of your academic career.

STEP 1 - Download your transcripts


Access the Online Registration System and download the PDF copy of your latest transcripts. 

STEP 2 - Fill out your graduation checklist


Using your transcripts, fill out the appropriate graduation checklist. You may refer to the sample graduation checklist attached below. 

Residency & Graduation Requirements


For the B.A. Degree

  • minimum of 120 credits
  • at least 60 credits, including the last 30, must be earned at JCU
  • minimum GPA of 2.00
  • no more than two grades below a C- in core courses

For the A.A. Degree

  • minimum of 60 credits
  • at least 30 credits, including the last 15, must be earned at JCU
  • minimum GPA of 2.00
  • no more than one grade below a C- in core courses

For Minors

  • six courses, four must be completed at JCU and two may be transferred from other accredited institutions
  • no more than one grade below a C- in core courses
  • no more than three courses may apply to the major and the minor
  • in the case of multiple minors, no courses may be shared between the two
